1. Service Description

LeadNexus provides an all in one B2B lead generation, and cold email automation platform. We continuously evolve our features, and reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts (feature) of the service at any time.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeadNexus solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the platform to send unsolicited malicious spam or phishing emails.
• Violating anti spam laws (e.g., CAN SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) in your respective jurisdictions.
• Attempting to breach, bypass, or exploit any security measures of the platform.
• Discovering websites that strictly prohibit automated data extraction in ways that violate their Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your connected SMTP accounts and LinkedIn profiles. LeadNexus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to premium features requires an active subscription. Payments are non refundable unless specified otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

LeadNexus is provided "as is" without any guarantees. In no event shall LeadNexus be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of LeadNexus after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
